Kost Capital, which builds its investment thesis from food, powered by the bioeconomy, announces its first close of a €25 million target fund with EIFO and list of founding LPs.
Orbex, a leading space rocket manufacturer based in Hvidovre (and with design and production facilities also located in Great Britain), has appointed Phillip Chambers as CEO, an experienced Scale-up expert.
FLEXeCHARGE, a supplier of load and energy management services to charge point operators and charging solution providers, closes a 7-figure seed funding round with investments from: Greencode Ventures, Link Capital and Vireo Ventures.
Artelize, a platform for the world of the performing arts, has closed a pre-seed funding round of €1m, led by Bjørn Bruun, Founder of Danish fashion brand Bruuns Bazaar (amongst others).
Data protection provider Keepit, announces that HSBC Innovation Banking has provided a €35.5 million refinancing package in partnership with EIFO.
🇸🇪 Sweden
Deeptech company N-ink is the winner of Voima Venture’s science challenge, securing them a €1m investment as a convertible note from the venture fund.
Following their recent fundraise, T.Loop announces the acquisition of an 800 m2 data center in central Stockholm.
Swiftcourt, the startup helping buyers and sellers perform safe and smooth peer-to-peer-transactions, raises a €2m seed-round from UAE-based investment company XVC Tech.
🇫🇮 Finland
ŌURA has announced a new partnership with meta[bolic], a leading hybrid therapeutics company dedicated to delivering superior outcomes in chronic metabolic disease management.
Cactos, a developer of smart energy storage systems, raises €26m+ worth of equity investments in its Cactos Fleet Finland Limited Partnership led by OP Finland Infrastructure LP and the Finnish Climate Fund.
Biotech startup Enifer, receives approval for a recycling and reuse investment grant of over €12m in order to build the first PEKILO® mycoprotein ingredient factory at a commercial scale.
Koite Health, the healthtech startup innovating the dental care space, raises €4m in growth financing from list of partakers.
🇳🇴 Norway
AI robotics startup 1X, building a bipedal humanoid, announces a €91m series-B funding round led by EQT Ventures.
The Human Touch Robotics, a company developing robotic solutions to automate the packing process for online groceries, raises a €1.76m seed round from ProVenture and Voima Ventures.
EdTech startup building immerse learning content to train employees in soft skills, We Are Learning, raises €3m in a seed round led by Dreamcraft Ventures in prep for international expansion.
Kobbr, the startup digitising administrative processes for craftsmen, receives investment from Spike Venture.
🇮🇸 Iceland
GeoSalmo, a pioneer in environmentally conscious land-based fish farming (specifically salmon), raises a €13.4 million round from investors in Norway, Sweden, Iceland, and the Netherlands.
