Annemarie Meisling, Chair of Sustainability Committee at Dansk Industri, founds Koral, a new strategic sustainability & communications consultancy dedicated to helping clients drive business value from sustainability.
Octarine, a leading synthetic biology platform company, announces the completion of its oversubscribed €4.35m funding round led by Óskare Capital, Unconventional Ventures, and The Footprint Firm.

The esports startup building a social performance tracker for gamers, Leetify, has raised a €2.3m seed funding round led by Alpine Ventures and Antler.
Fidesmo, the company bringing security to contactless transactions, appoints Anders Malmström as their new Chief Executive Officer (prev. CEO at Forseeti).
Neogap Therapeutics, the biotech startup working with a focus on immuno-oncology, raises €7.1m in a mix of EU innovation funding and the issuing of new shares.
Toni Petersson, previous CEO of Oatly, joins as partner and investor in the company Stratazon which works to help companies better understand their customers for more actionable insights.

Jason Oberfest, prev. on the Health team at Apple now joins Ōura as their next VP of Healthcare to establish partnerships with payers, providers, and other leaders in the healthcare space.
The cleantech startup, SpinDrive, specialising in active magnetic bearings secures €3.8m in series-A funding led by Rhapsody Ventures and existing investors.
Kvanted Ventures, the early-stage venture capital firm, announces launch of its first fund of €70m with a focus on industrial technology startups in Northern Europe
Telecom industry player, Moflix Group, has raised €2.9 in seed funding from The Hashgraph Association (THA) and other strategic investors.

Jeremy Gerst - previously the CFO of unicorn company reMarkable - joins startup working to revolutionise compliance technology through AI, ComplAi.
Nanopower Semiconductor, the semiconductor company redefining low power for microelectronics, receives €2.5m in funding from the European Innovation Council Accelerator.
Ignite raises a further €4.2m to strengthen their position (paywall!) amidst the new sustainability regulations in Europe.
